1. Catalog Opportunity
- Which 10–25 lots can pull search and paid demand?
- Which categories already have strong marketplace demand?
- Are hero lots visually and editorially obvious?
2. Search & Discoverability
- Are lot titles aligned with how buyers search?
- Is descriptive language precise enough to create qualified intent?
- Are high-potential lots buried in the catalog?
3. Acquisition Plan
- Google search opportunities
- Meta / retargeting opportunities
- Email and marketplace promotion priorities
4. Measurement
- Registrations by source
